Here are the biggest local planning stories from the past week.
Wetherspoon
Work starting on building a new Wetherspoon pub in the centre of Kenilworth is set to be delayed further as the chain makes more changes to its design for the new premises.
The chain first revealed plans to turn the former Poundland unit at the Square into a new pub in July 2022, but is yet to actually start work on site.
Planning permission for the new boozer was eventually granted in March following an initial redesign of the venue.
And while an alcohol licence has already been granted, Wetherspoon has not submitted a fresh application to Warwick District Council (WDC) to amend the previous agreement.

Wardens Move and New Homes
Plans for Kenilworth Wardens to move to the other side of town look set to take a step forward with the council considering paying out £3 million to back the project.
The community sports club has been planning to move from its current Glasshouse Lane base to Castle Farm for a number of years, but has been unable to secure a buyer for the current ground to help pay for the new ground.
But now Warwick District Council's (WDC) cabinet is set to discuss plans to spend £2.5 million of CIL (community infrastructure levy) money and £450,000 from S106 payments to buy the land and make the move possible.

Castle Farm Delays
Delays to the A46 Stoneleigh Junction works have been due to a "supply issue" - local Liberal Democrat councillors have revealed.
Locals have continued to ask questions over the apparent lack of progress on the £38 million project, which will eventually see a new roundabout, and bridge built at the site.
While the new bridge deck was installed at the end of January, it is yet to be connected to the new road layout as the land around it needs to be filled in.
-------------
Landfill to Leisure
Plans to turn a former landfill site in Kenilworth into a public space have taken a step forward, with councillors set to discuss the project with county officers later this month.
Kenilworth Town Council (KTC) began exploring the scheme for the land around the recycling centre in June, with members saying it should be brought into wider use.
Councillors unanimously backed a motion to see if the land around Cherry Orchard could be put to some community benefit.
