Here are the biggest Kenilworth planning stories from the past week.
Upcoming HS2 Plans
HS2 has issued its winter update for all the upcoming works around Kenilworth.
Over the past few months HS2 has revealed plans for its tunnel in Burton Green as well as cuttings in Cubbington and Crackley.
The developer is also asking for feedback on its plans to expand the compound next the A46 at Stoneleigh and has started cutting the second tunnel at Long Itchington.
Residents have also been warned that works along Dalehouse Lane are expected to last longer than first predicted.

Second Police HQ Scheme
A second scheme to build 83 houses on the land around Warwickshire Police's Leek Wootton headquarters has been submitted to Warwick District Council.
CALA Homes submitted on original application in March 2022, having purchased the land, including old tennis courts and sports fields, in December last year.
And while a decision is yet to be made on the first proposal, the developer has now put forward a second set of plans.
Still for 83 houses, the new plan comes as a result of district officers failing to respond to negotiations from CALA - the application claims.

Hotel Application Withdrawn
A second application to repurpose a Kenilworth Hotel has been withdrawn by the same applicant.
A scheme submitted to Warwick District Council would have seen the Peacock Hotel turned into 14 apartments, with a house at the rear of the hotel demolished and replaced with three family homes.
The application had been submitted after a previous plan to turn the Warwick Road venue into student accommodation was withdrawn.
But now both have been taken off the table.
