Aspire People are currently seeking a Part-Time KS2 Supply Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive primary school in Kenilworth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver pre-planned lessons while maintaining high educational standards and fostering a positive, engaging classroom environment.Key Details:Position: Part-Time KS2 Supply TeacherLocation: Kenilworth, WarwickshireContract: 2-4 days per weekStart Date: ASAPSalary: Competitive, based on experienceInterviews: With Ellie & Shaniece from Aspire PeopleKey Responsibilities:Teach pre-planned lessons to KS2 pupils across various subjectsImplement strong behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive, focused learning environmentAdhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, prioritising the welfare of all studentsModify lesson delivery to meet the diverse needs of learners and support inclusivityWork collaboratively with school staff to uphold high educational standardsRequirements:At least 2 years of UK teaching experience in a KS2 settingProven experience with behaviour management and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policiesUK teaching experience is essentialA passion for education and the ability to inspire and support student developmentIf this role aligns with your experience and career goals, we would love to hear from you!
