Talk by Tamsin Rosewell of Kenilworth Books

·       What makes a book cover 'speak to us'? 

·       How are the book covers created that catch your eye in the high street bookshop or the online store?

·       What makes a 'good' book cover that sells the book?

Answers to these questions and more will be revealed by Tamsin Rosewell, Artist, Historian, Broadcaster and Bookseller, based on her own career experiences. She will tell us about the importance of the right cover for a book including the process from first sketches to the finished books. Tamsin will bring along examples of her own illustrations as well as pieces from her own art collection.
