Here are our top picks for the coming days:

1. Cinema

It's the return of cinema to the Talisman Theatre this Saturday (February 17) with another family-friendly showing on offer.

Encanto will be shown as the sing-along version! With subtitles to all eight songs.

Featuring all-new songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda of Hamilton fame, Walt Disney Animation Studios' Encanto tells the tale of an extraordinary family, the Madrigals, who live hidden in the mountains of Colombia, in a magical house, in a vibrant town, in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto.

Shop starts at 2pm on Saturday.

More details here.

2. Battle of the Bands

It's time for the heats of Battle of the Bands as KENFEST organisers look for the headline slot at this spring's beer festival.

Out of 42 applications from artists all over the Midlands and beyond, they are now down to the last 20 to compete across four heats that will be held across the month of February.

Head to Kenilworth Sports and Social Club on Friday (February 16) from 7pm for the third heat!

3. Half Term History Makers

During this February half-term, English Heritage is putting on special family-friendly activities all week in the ruins of Kenilworth Castle.

From Saturday 10 until Sunday 18 February, 'Half Term History Makers' will see characters from Kenilworth Castle's medieval past ready to welcome visitors and bring its history to life for them.

Children can have fun learning what it takes to become a knight through interactive stories and hands-on activities – including foam sword fighting.

4. Sunday Deals

A new Kenilworth eatery has launched two special deals to attract new customers on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Since opening in November, Nur Nur Paradise on Warwick Road has been a big hit with locals, with its Thai fusion menu - also available via Click & Collect.

The recently released lunchtime offering has also proved popular, inspired by traditional southeast Asian lunchbox food.

And now the new independent restaurant is offering customers the chance to sample its menu on Tuesdays and Sundays with its new offers introduced this week.

On Tuesdays, diners can enjoy two courses from the all-day menu for £22.95 - and receive up to £10 off a bottle of wine to go with their food.

And on Sundays, a similar offer of three courses for £25.99 has now been introduced.

Why not give them a try over the next few days!
