Parts Manager (Clerical and Sales)
Reed Hospitality, Leisure and Facilities are representing a developing parts supplier in Coventry, who are seeking to appoint a Parts Manager (semi-clerical and semi-hands-on role).
Job Description
As a Parts Manager, you will be working with heavy capacity lift trucks, hydraulic cranes at ports, container handlers and leading manufacturing and heavy industry operations across the UK and Ireland.
Your job will involve:
- Order processing
- Receiving orders
- Storing and despatching of spare parts
- Supporting customers with servicing, inspections, general preventative maintenance, equipment breakdown, rentals, and equipment commissioning
Job Requirements
- Good time management skills
- Ability to communicate well
- Manage both telephone and store sales
- Meeting KPI's
- Liasing directly with suppliers and customers
- Maintain a detailed log of purchase orders
- Raise sales orders and create invoices using Protean
- Ability to travel if required - Full UK Driving License
