Qualifications Developer

Hybrid role - 2 days per week in the office

Due to location of the office it is essential that you are a driver with access to a vehicle

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Qualifications Developer. This is a well established client with lots of benefits for employees, one being their approach to hybrid working.

The main purpose of this role is to pro-actively work with key stakeholders to review and develop qualifications, ensuring compliance in line with the level 2 and 3 qualifications reform guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Engagement with internal and external key stakeholders, Technical Peer Reviews, Working Groups, Industry Groups etc.
• Analysis of enquiries, issues, risks and trends relating to existing qualifications on the market
• Submit fully scoped project plans for approval
• Manage and schedule working groups
• Submit qualification information to external regulators
• Ensure qualifications are launched in line with the project plan

Knowledge/Skills required:

• Previous experience working in a secondary/further education setting
• Experience managing external sub contractors
• Experience of coordinating multi stakeholder projects
• Knowledge of the UK Qualification frameworks
• Knowledge of UK training and education structures
