To celebrate summer, we will demonstrate a diagonal shape in a box, it sounds difficult but it isn't and very rewarding you will receive many compliments from your friends so why not join in the workshop afterwards, the recipe will be below.

Recipe for a Diagonal Arrangement in a Box Summer

This is a traditional design. The diagonal shape is very useful in a box or in a basket, I would like you to use a box as it is elegant and lovely using summer flowers.

A box with a lid this can be a cigar box, tea chest, a chocolate box or a biscuit tin, any box can be used of your choice. Not too big though as you will need a lot of flowers. If the lid on your box is loose, we can always attach it,

Foam to fill this can be purchased

A selection of small leaf foliage's e.g., Ivy Hebe Choisya, Euphorbia have a look around your garden as to what is coming out.

A bunch of Roses or 9 stems of Gemini

A bunch of Freesia or any other small delicate flower of your choice, bridal gladioli, sweet peas
