A Stoneleigh street has been named as one of the ten most expensive roads to live on in Warwickshire.

In a list compiled by online property experts Zoopla, The Cunnery has been revealed as the village's most expensive street.

And with an average property price of £1,203,026 it slots in as number seven in Zoopla's top ten.

Topping the list is Lye Green in Warwick with an average property price of £1,683,270.

A further four Warwick streets also feature in the list.

The top ten has been compiled using a zed-Index where the average property value in a given area is based on current Zoopla Estimates.

The Cunnery sits in a collection of private roads behind Stoneleigh Abbey, and cannot be seen from the main road.

Zoopla also estimates that prices on The Cunnery have risen by £42,088 in the past 12 months - an increase of 3.62 per cent.

The last property on the street to be sold went for £905,000 in 2020.
