Work turning a troubled former Kenilworth pub into offices is now complete, with the offices on site now on the market.

Impenza Limited was granted planning permission to turn The Cottage Inn into five offices last year.

The change of use brought to an end over 15 years of instability which saw 12 owners run the Stoneleigh Road inn between 2009 and its latest closure.

It had been shut for a year and put on the market once again, but there were no takers to reopen it as a pub.

Impenza then took on the task of repurposing the building, removing the signs, renovating and modernising The Cottage Inn into offices.

They are now being marketed for lease with agents Commercial List for £1,167 per month.

The brochure describes the offices as: "A landmark former public house, comprehensively re-imagined and refurbished to create four exceptional Class E commercial suites, finished to an outstanding standard throughout.

"The property provides an array of different sized, high-quality, self-contained office suites. Each suite has the use of a private kitchen and bathroom."

It added: "The building has undergone significant investment, along with substantial structural and energy-efficiency upgrades, including a new roof.

"Given the quality of the refurbishment, dilapidations exposure and shared repair obligations are expected to be minimal, helping to reduce long-term occupational costs."
