A Kenilworth hair stylist is this weekend set to complete a 300ft bungee jump to raise money for a charity supporting people going through cancer treatment.

Andrew Phimister of Room 27 is completing the amazing feat at Heaton Park, Manchester to raise money for Hair Reborn.

He has already raised over £4,500 for the charity and is this year jumping alongside Ed from Phantom Towels.

It comes off the back of being named a double finalist at The UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2026 at the AO Arena in Manchester on 15 August - Top 100 for Hair Stylist of the Year and Top 50 for Rising Star, out of tens of thousands of entrants across the UK.

"I'm speechless to have been placed in the Top 100 in the Hair Stylist of the Year and Top 50 in Rising Star," Andrew said.

"I entered thinking I'd never get through as I know so many incredible people in the industry.

"I'm so grateful for the support from everyone around me and from all my clients for putting their trust in me.

"I'm also planning a community event in Kenilworth later this year."
