An independent estate agent is looking to expand into Warwick, continuing its mission to put clients first.

Since launching in Kenilworth in 2019, Julie Philpot Residential has grown rapidly, quickly establishing a reputation for excellent customer care and support.

Most recently this was recognised when the business received the Best in Postcode Area award at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2023 - the biggest awards in the UK property industry.

And now owner Julie Philpot, and company director Donna McCamphill are looking to expand into Warwick as the next step forward for the business.

"I have a lot of experience selling properties in the Warwick area, including Hatton and the surrounding villages - and we have already sold a number there very recently," she told Nub News.

"Before setting up my own business, I was the office manager at a high street estate agent there for five years, so I know the area and the market extremely well.

"We want to provide the same standard of service, from an independent, owner-led business that we have done in Kenilworth, now in Warwick as well.

"It is all about expanding on that ethos.

"We have lots of houses across the area ready for the Boxing Day browsers - as I call them - and have lots of properties ready to come online in the new year."

Having worked in residential agency for over 30 years, Julie decided to launch her own business nearly five years ago as she looked to give a more personal service to her clients.

And having lived in the area for 35 years, with close personal connections in Warwick, she said expanding into the town was the obvious next step for Julie Philpot Residential.

"My parents moved to Warwick, to The Butts, in the early 1980's and I always remember the lovely view of St Mary's church from the house," she added.

"My son was born in Warwick - like everyone locally - and went to school in Warwick.

"We have always enjoyed going to concerts in the town and going out to eat at the super independent restaurants there.

"It really feels right to be expanding our services to Warwick now."

And looking back at how the company has expanded despite the challenges in the property market nationwide over the past few years, Julie said she has no regrets at all.

"It is the best decision I have made," she said.

"It is brilliant when I am out valuing or doing viewings and people love the fact that the owner works and is part of the day to day running of the business.

"Next year will be five years since we launched, and I can honestly say I have never looked back.

"And now I am so pleased to be the property expert for Nub News as it expands into Warwick.

"Kenilworth Nub News is very much a success and is recognised as the 'go to' for local news and events.

"I am only too pleased to be with them as they expand into Warwick where I am sure the level of success with be the same."
