This award winning, market leading and independently owner led Estate Agency is very busy successfully selling homes within the Kenilworth, Coventry, Warwick and Leamington Spa area.

We are therefore seeking to recruit additional team members to join us and be a key part of the planned business expansion.

We are searching for an experienced sales negotiator within our branch, ideally Full Time but we may also be able to consider Part Time.

You will be very involved in the day to day running of the business with customer service being your number one focus.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day management of buyers and sellers. This will include generating viewings, obtaining viewing feedback, communicating with both parties, negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
• Sales progression. Including communication throughout the sales process with buyers, sellers and solicitors/conveyancers in a professional and caring manner.
• Updating and maintaining database notes and systems.
• Sale updates with regular sales meetings.
• Handling enquiries generated from internet and telephone.
• Accompanied viewings may also be required.

Requirements

• You will have at least 2 years Sales Negotiator experience
• You will have excellent customer service skills
• You must be enthusiastic and highly driven with a proven track record.
• You need to be self motivated.
• You will need to care about clients.
• You will need to have extensive knowledge of the local housing market
