Registered Manager - Children's Learning Disabilities Residential Home

Location: Near Coventry, West MidlandsSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus performance bonuses up to £10,000 annually

Are you a skilled Registered Manager with a passion for residential children s care? We re looking for a leader to open and manage a new, specialised home near Coventry for children with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. Role Overview:

• Lead the setup of a new home, fostering a supportive, homely atmosphere.
• Build a caring, inclusive space that encourages children s growth and independence.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and company standards.
• Supervise and develop a committed team with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
• Ensure robust safeguarding practices, prioritising the well-being of each child.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant management certifications.
• Experience: At least 2 years in management within children s residential care, with at least 1 year in staff supervision.
• Skills: Strong leadership, familiarity with Ofsted standards, and a commitment to a child-centered environment.
