Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions that align with client objectives and aspirations.

Be able to think about creative solutions in a holistic way, not just focusing on how they look, and be good at explaining your ideas to the rest of the team.

Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Sharing your knowledge and skills by mentoring less experienced team members.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5+ years, within a design practice working on commercial projects, ideally within the leisure industry.

Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.

Confident presenting skills.

Demonstratable CAD skills and experience.

Ability to work to client feedback and deliver projects to deadlines.

A willingness to learn and improve.

An ability to work independently and manage your own time.

A team player, willing to raise your hand to support others and problem solve.

Professional and respectful attitude to work at all times.

Driving licence essential.
