What We re Looking For
- OFSTED Registration: You must be an OFSTED-registered manager with excellent knowledge of the framework.
- Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a children s residential care setting, ideally for children with learning disabilities.
- Passion and Vision: A dedication to creating a safe, empowering environment for children to reach their full potential.
Your Role
As our Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
