Registered Manager - Residential Children's Home (Learning Disabilities) Location: Coventry Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + performance incentives up to £10,000 annually This role does not offer sponsorship.

This is an exciting opportunity for an OFSTED-registered manager with a deep understanding of the OFSTED framework and proven experience managing a children s home for young people with learning disabilities, ASD, and other needs. Located in Coventry, our new home is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can truly thrive.

What We re Looking For

  • OFSTED Registration: You must be an OFSTED-registered manager with excellent knowledge of the framework.
  • Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a children s residential care setting, ideally for children with learning disabilities.
  • Passion and Vision: A dedication to creating a safe, empowering environment for children to reach their full potential.

Your Role

As our Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Create a warm, therapeutic, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding service delivery.
