This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 31-bedded mental health rehabilitation and recovery service in Solihull, where you'll be making a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people you help. This role offers a fantastic salary of up to 40,455, plus a 5,000 bonus. You'll also have the opportunity to earn extra enhancements for overtime and bank holidays. The ideal Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) candidate will have:
  • A qualification as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing the end of your nursing degree/masters
  • Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practices
  • Evidence of post registration continuing professional development
  • A positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement and quality
  • The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
