We're on the hunt for a seasoned Care Home Manager to join our clients top-rated, medium-sized Nursing Home located in Coventry. This Nursing Home is known for its excellent nursing and residential care for the elderly and those with dementia with a Good CQC rating and a strong reputation within the local community.As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with an annual salary of £60,000, negotiable, a generous performance-related bonus, and ample opportunities for career progression.Our client operates nursing homes across the West Midlands, each providing exceptional quality care. They pride themselves on their commitment to person-centered care, and their ability to create a encouraging and cherishing environment for both residents and staff.As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include

  • Taking overall duty for the running of the home
  • Managing staff, including conducting appraisals and training
  • Overseeing care plans, reviews, and meetings
  • Managing the home's budget
