Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer is required to join a leading distributor of Machine Tools and CNC Automation such as CNC machine tools, machining, tooling, and 5 Axis machining centres.Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer will be responsible for dealing with customer questions handling sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries & specifications along with day-to-day customer support.Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer will ideally have experience in sales or mechanical knowledge of CNC machine tools, tooling, 5 axis machining centres or similar.Package Paying up to 35,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday Office basedRole

• Providing technical support of Machine Tools and CNC Automation such as CNC machine tools, machining, tooling, and 5 Axis machining centres.
• Handling sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries & specifications along with day-to-day customer support.
• Resolve technical issues and advise customers of the options available to solve their problems.
• Being responsible accepting calls from customers and building relationships.
• Liaising with various engineering departments, including the external sales team.
• Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls from customers across the UK.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer / Technical Sales or an Apprentice or a Graduate.
• Hold an HNC / BTEC / NVQ in engineering would be desirable.
• Knowledge of Machine Tools and CNC Automation such as CNC machine tools, machining, tooling, and 5 Axis machining centres.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving license or commutable to Kenilworth.
