You'll carry out a range of planned preventativemaintenance to our sites' equipment to make sure it's workingsafely. As an RME Technician, you'll also respond promptly tobreakdowns, investigating, finding, and implementing solutions asquickly as possible. You'll also make suggestions for long-termimprovements. Working alongside senior colleagues,you'll undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks like painting andplumbing and will liaise with contractors if you need externalexpertise. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Serveda full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to aminimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineeringsubject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ) - Relevantexperience as a qualified engineer - Relevant experienceworking in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance -Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and inwriting PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications are not requiredto apply for a position at Amazon.
