Production Operative required

IRS Group are currently looking for a Production Operative for a small manufacturing company based in Kenilworth.

Responsibilities:

- Pick the correct caravan tank as per order specifications.

- Drill holes for fittings in the right place on the tanks.

- Utilize hand tools and practical skills to ensure precision and quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience with hand tools and practical skills.

- Ability to read and follow order specifications accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and precision in drilling and fitting tasks.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean work area.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
