Mechanical Project Manager

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contractor that complete the full Mechanical and Electrical package including Design, Installation and Maintenance.

Due to my client s continuous growth and new contracts gained they are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team to work across the West Midlands and Warwickshire area.

Key duties include:

  • Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management.
  • Health & Safety management
  • Working on site
  • Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
  • Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
  • Management and briefing of personnel.
  • Resolving installation and access issues.
  • Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
  • Programme and project planning.

Experience required:

  • Experience managing the full Mechanical packages on multi-million-pound Commercial projects
  • Previous experience working on school projects beneficial
  • SMSTS
  • NVQ Level 3-Mechanical
  • IOSH-Managing safely (Desirable)
