We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to support continued business growth. Based in Coventry servicing prestigious businesses across the UK. If you're Gas Safe and FGAS qualified with a proactive approach, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation in planned and reactive maintenance.

HVAC Engineer responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance, reactive call-outs and installation works

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on various plant equipment including boilers, AHUs, motors, pumps, fans, plumbing, and air conditioning systems

  • Ensuring Health & Safety obligations are met and working closely with the project delivery team

  • Liaising with project management and planners for smooth operation delivery

  • Maintaining clean and organised worksites

  • Completing documentation and daily work reports via mobile software

  • Building positive client relationships and delivering a professional service

  • Working both independently and within a team

  • Participating in a call-out rota (approximately 1 in 8)

HVAC Engineer you will bring

  • Commercial Gas Safe certification (essential)

  • FGAS qualification (essential)

  • LPG and Oil certification (beneficial)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in commercial HVAC service and repair

  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

  • Awareness of health and safety procedures and risk assessments

  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and provide technical feedback

  • Manufacturer training/certifications (advantageous)

  • Full clean UK driving licence (required)

  • Willingness to travel nationwide

  • This role requires 100% UK travel

  • Work location: Field-based/on the road
