My Client is looking for an experienced and highly organised Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate multiple construction sites across the West Midlands.
This is fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, planning and problem solving skills.
Each day brings new challenges and variety, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations across various locations in the West Midlands
- Ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and within budget
- Plan and organise materials, labour, and subcontractors efficiently
- Maintain a strong presence on site, ensuring productivity and quality of work
- Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively to minimise disruption
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication
- Monitor site progress and report regularly to senior management
- Carry out risk assessments and site inspections
- Travel between sites as required (company vehicle or mileage allowance provided)
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a multi-site supervisor or foreman role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred)
- Good understanding of West Midlands geography and efficient route planning
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Full UK driving licence required
