Job Duties:- Chasing outstanding debts from customers
- Negotiating payment terms
- Resolving billing issues
- Assessing credit risk
- Updating financial records
- Producing reports on debtor status
- Previous experience in credit control
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent Excel skills
- AAT qualification
- CICM membership
- Office-based role
- Regular business hours
- Potential for occasional overtime
