Space 8 Recruitment are supporting a very well-respected a local company to find a Receptionist to join them on a full-time basis in their beautiful Kenilworth office. This company has been established for over 30 years and this role is available due to internal promotion. This role is office based and duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Handling post
  • Making contact with clients whose bills are over-due to prompt payment
  • General administration

This role is 9-5 Monday to Friday and this company offers some exceptional family-friendly benefits including 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays! There is also free parking provided. What are we looking for?

  • You must already have experience in a front-of-house / receptionist role
  • You must have great administration skills
  • You must have excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
