We're currently seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join our clients esteemed company. If you have previous experience in a Front of House Reception role, and are adept at welcoming visitors and managing phone enquiries then this role is for you. You will need strong administrative skills, as the role will see you undertaking a variety of admin tasks whilst juggling incoming calls and visitors. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post, draft correspondence for clients and support account with some credit control duties. Ideally you will have the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone, coordinating file collections and dealing with general enquiries. You will need a friendly and outgoing demeanour, and a professional manner. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.This is a full time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am 4:30 pm. In return benefits included: 25 days holiday plus 8 statutory holidays, with extra days gifted during Christmas and Easter. Free parking.
