Space 8 Recruitment are looking for a Credit Controller to join our well-established and still fast-growing client based in Kenilworth. FULL TRAINING IS AVAILABLE. This role is office-based and joins a team of 8 taking care of large accounts and managing those accounts via phone & email. We are open to considering experienced Credit Controllers or someone with a good office-based background who could be trained to become a Credit Controller.The RoleThe Credit Control role is a busy one. Your role is to make contact with large customers whose invoices are overdue for payment and resolve any queries that are preventing payment from being made. This contact is mainly made on email, though there will also be times that calling may be the best way to contact your customers.What are we looking for?

Roles that would transfer well into this role include; finance admin, admin, customer services, debt admin, sales, credit, estate agents.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written are essential.
• Some office-based experience.
• Your attitude is everything. This company is willing to invest in you and you should be a hard-working and positive individual.
• This is a busy role, you should be able to work under pressure.
• This role sits in a team of Credit Controllers, you should be happy amongst others and to be office based all week.
• Good problem solving skills would help you in this role.
