This company are experts in their field and pride themselves on a providing excellent quality products and customer service to their growing customer base. We are supporting with their search for a Credit Controller to be positioned within their existing, friendly and supportive Credit Control team. You will have full ownership of your ledger and work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and escalated as required. This office based role comes with an annual salary of up to 26,500 plus annual bonus.Duties include:

• Managing and maintaining your own ledger, ensuring bad debt is kept to a minimum.
• Allocating cash.
• Reconciling accounts.
• Setting up new customer accounts.
• Building and maintaining solid working relationships with internal and external parties.
• Escalating any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Investigating and resolving queries.
• Ensuring customers pay to agreed payment terms.
• Making confident decisions to minimise risk to the business.

Is this role right for you?The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Credit Control or Account Receivable. You must be organised, detail orientated and able to meet specified deadlines. You should be a confident communicator and be able to build strong relationships internally and externally. You should be able to take ownership of your accounts and be confident in making decisions. You must be able to support your team and use your initiative with organising and keeping on top of your workload. You will need to have good accounting software knowledge and be a competent Excel user.Benefits Include:
