Having reached over 1,000 signatures on their latest petition, the Kenilworth Lido Campaign were able to take their case to Warwick District Council. However, the full council meeting voted against taking any further action. Read all about it here
Kenilworth Library is set to receive its first refurbishment in 15 years. The library will have a complete refurbishment with a new layout, new furnishing, shelving and carpet to give it a fresh look, and it will be completely redecorated with many improvements.
Kenilworth Town Council have received funding from the HS2 Business and Local Economy Fund to support local businesses that will be affected by the works. The message from the council is that 'Kenilworth is open for business.'
Abbey Fields has benefitted from some much-needed work over the past few weeks. Some of the paths have been relayed and the ground has been 'earth-quaked.'
Shoppers in Kenilworth will be delighted to hear that Warwick District Council have decided to suspend parking charges in their car parks during the month of December this year.
