Three new showhomes have been unveiled at a Burton Green housing estate.

Spitfire Homes has unveiled the homes at its 182-house 'Clarendon' estate on Cromwell Lane.

The first completion will be this month with multiple reservations having been made already.

Spitfire will have to contribute £1.8 million to local infrastructure through section 106 agreements.

Last month saw the launch of the two-bedroom Stowford and four-bedroom Farleigh and Ellingham housetypes, which are now open for public viewing.

In delivering Clarendon, Spitfire is contributing more than £1.8 million towards improvements to local education, infrastructure, NHS services and highways.

Operations Director, Matt Vincent, said: "The launch of these show homes offers an exciting opportunity for prospective residents to explore our thoughtfully designed properties and see first-hand the exceptional standards of quality, comfort and style that define Spitfire Homes.

"We're looking forward to welcoming visitors and helping them to envision the next chapter of their lives at Clarendon. Following strong early interest, we're encouraging anybody interested in finding their new home to schedule a personalised viewing.

"We've seen a positive start to the year across our portfolio, and are confident that this momentum will continue as more families, young professionals, downsizers, and first-time buyers look to make their move into a Spitfire home."
