New homes builder, Miller Homes West Midlands, has opened the doors to its new sales centre at its Kenilworth development, Southcrest Rise, this weekend.

The housebuilder is bringing an exclusive selection of 99 homes, consisting of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, as well as a handful of two-bedroom bungalows, to its newest neighbourhood just off Glasshouse Lane.

The opening of the sales centre marks the first opportunity that home buyers will have to view the full range of homes since the site launched online in autumn 2022.

Visitors will also have the chance to view detailed drawings and plans, in addition to speaking to knowledgeable sales managers to give them a taste of what life could be like at the new neighbourhood.

Home buyers will be able to choose from a range of energy efficient new homes, all of which have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of B or higher, and selected homes also include Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points and solar panels.

Research from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) reveals that from April, new build houses will save owners an average of over £3,000 in annual energy costs.

As the April energy price guarantee increase draws closer and consumers brace for an additional squeeze on household budgets, new homes at Southcrest Rise are perfectly placed to enable home buyers to benefit from reduced energy bills as the first residents will be able to move in from Summer 2023.

The showhome is set to launch in Spring 2023, when potential house-hunters can then view a completed and fully furnished 'Oxford' style of five-bedroom home.

Speaking about the opening of the sales centre, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, Alastair Parsons, said: "We're delighted to have opened the sales centre at our Southcrest Rise development.

"It will give home buyers the opportunity to see for themselves how much the neighbourhood has to offer and take advantage of our exclusive range of offers, ahead of the showhome opening later in the Spring. With a range of energy efficient new homes, there really is something for everyone."

Miller Homes has a range of incentives available for buyers interested in moving to Southcrest Rise, including 'Part Exchange Plus' which guarantees a buyer for their existing property.

Buyers can also enjoy cashback when they move in, up to a maximum of £15,000.

Or buyers can benefit from five per cent deposit paid - aimed to help first-time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder.
