More details announced ahead of Kenilworth School farewell party

Details of entertainment, stalls and events have been announced ahead of the farewell party for the current Kenilworth School grounds.

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust (KMAT) released tickets for the 'Farewell Fundraising Festival' at the current Leyes Lane site at the end of last month.

The community event will take place on Saturday, July 1 before the school's move to Glasshouse Lane in September.

Throughout the day there will be live entertainment including a stilt walker, magician and hula hoop artist.

There will be a raffle, with local businesses currently being encouraged to donate prizes.

And the event will culminate in a firework display before finishing at 10pm.

Having already announced a number of vendors and stalls, KMAT has now confirmed the schedule for the evening's live entertainment.

And organisers have also been leant a coconut shy, football shootout and new sponge throwing game by Kenilworth Lions.

Kenilworth Youth for Christ is also loaning a basketball shoot out game for the day.

Tickets are limited to 2,500 and are available on a first come first serve basis so organisers are encouraging people to purchase sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

Parking onsite on the day will be on a first come first serve basis. 

Ticket prices are £10 for an all day adult pass. £8 for a child / oap or £30 for a family of four ticket with under 3's being free of charge.

Tickets from 6pm to enjoy the live band and fireworks display ticket prices are: £8 for an adult £6 for a child / oap with a family tiicket being just £22.

Guests are allowed to bring dogs, but them must be kept on a lead at all times. No dogs are will be permitted after 6pm due to the firework display.
