Roundabout Homes

Two new homes could be built right next to St John's roundabout, if plans are signed off by the district council.

Major New Estate

Detailed plans for a further 291 new homes in Kenilworth and a new local centre and takeaway have been put forward to Warwick District Council.

The application forms phase three of Charles Church's major development at Thickthorn which will eventually see 550 new homes built.

Phase one of the estate - 98 homes - is already under construction, with phase two - another 144 houses - approved in June by the council.

But with a planning application for the project still yet to be determined, local Liberal Democrats have confirmed the project is now not expected to be completed until September 2025.
