3. Great British Summer

This summer, English Heritage's Kenilworth Castle invites visitors to enjoy a Great British Summer (18 July – 28 August), celebrating the timeless joy of traditional holidays and pastimes remembered fondly by generations.

From seaside staples such as ice creams and fairground games, circus skills and deck chairs, puppet shows and sandcastle building, the summer events at Kenilworth Castle showcase many of the experiences associated with a classic British summer.

Plus, kids can collect a limited-edition postcard by renowned children's illustrators Nick Sharratt or Sir Quentin Blake, grab a souvenir passport and collect special stamps to complete their summer adventure.
