A graphic design business has been forced out of its Kenilworth offices by its landlords, with the property now back on the market.

A notice in the window of Unit A Talisman Square says The Fans Store Ltd was forced out of the premises in March, with landlord Cobalt Estates having the locks changed.

The notice does not give the reason for the eviction, but says the locks had been changed.

The Fans Store was given until the end of March to collect its possessions from Parkinson Bailiff Services.

And now the property has been put on the market with local agent Wareing & Co, for an annual rent of £9,500.

The unit, which is accessed from a staircase directly off Warwick Road, is described as "suitable for standalone office accommodation or potentially retail, subject to planning consent".

It is available for three years or more.

Meanwhile, Companies House shows The Fans Store Ltd has had its trading address moved from Talisman Square to Pelham Bend, Coventry.

Companies House also shows the firm was at risk of being struck off the register last year, until it provided cause in December, meaning no further action was taken.

Nub News has attempted to contact The Fans Store.
