Kenilworth Town Council

Kenilworth Town Council is "delighted to announce" the appointment of Zubr, a leading digital studio, to produce an innovative Augmented Reality (AR) reconstruction of St Mary's Abbey.

Kenilworth Town Council is working with Kenilworth School & Sixth Form and local transport planning consultants The Transportation Consultancy to seek to improve road safety near the school.

But disgruntled residents around the new Kenilworth School are still waiting for action to stop daily parking "congestion" caused by parents dropping off their children.

Warwick District Council

A Kenilworth park has been given a much-needed makeover some five years after the project was due to begin.

Residents have just days left to share their views on whether dog walkers should still be penalised for not clearing up after their animals.

The politician overseeing Warwick District Council's No Mow May programme has promised "big changes" for 2025 but seems keen to resist calls for whole area opt-outs.

A new community centre in Kenilworth may not be built until at least 2028, the district council has confirmed.

“It’s time to act,” is the "urgent message" from locals trying to block plans for over 8,000 new houses in Hatton.

A last-minute plan for Warwick District Council to give up £1.5 million in revenue to offer free town centre parking was dismissed as a "rather sad" ploy – but it did unlock a little funding.

Concern has been raised over "record numbers" of parking fines issued by Warwick District Council – despite it providing a cash boost for the authority.

Kenilworth locals are running out of time to have their say on plans for new housing sites around the town and across South Warwickshire.

Warwickshire County Council

Councillors want to see more detail on Warwickshire County Council's efforts to catch up on EHCP needs assessments.

Locals will go to the polls in Warwickshire this May to elect a new county council after a bid to push this year's election was snubbed.

Warwickshire County Council is considering privatising its road gritting fleet when a new contract kicks in next year. 

Nearly £3 million has been given to the county council to support new active travels schemes across Warwickshire.

Warwickshire County Council's U-turn on controversial spending cuts has been met with mixed emotions from political opposition. 

Residents have until the start of March to have their say on plans to install a new cycle track along a busy Kenilworth road.
