Kenilworth Town Council
The new crossing to Kenilworth Castle will take a year to install once the plans and funding are all signed off.
"It is time their attention came to Kenilworth" is the message from councillors who are looking to include improvements for the town centre in the new South Warwickshire Local Plan.
Town councillors have "grave concerns" that funding is to be withdrawn from local councils to help them create new neighbourhood plans.
Warwick District Council
Three serving councillors have quit Warwick District Council's Labour group amid claims it is "not led in an ethical or inclusive way".
Local sports groups are to run a six-week trial to try and fix parking problems at Kenilworth's Castle Farm Recreation Centre.
Discussions over the layout for Kenilworth's Warwick Road Christmas light switch on continue with town councillors left "confused" at an apparent change of plans from their district colleagues.
"Concerns for the governance of the council" will be raised at next week's full Warwick District Council meeting following a number of significant changes at the local authority.
Warwickshire County Council
Anti-Reform UK graffiti featuring abusive language was daubed across the front entrance and walls of Warwickshire County Council's headquarters this month.
The new county council leader has called for more government support but promised the new administration at Shire Hall is committed to improving services for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The Kenilworth to Leamington Cycleway (K2L) and other cycle links in the county are a 'low' priority for the new county council administration, its new leader has said.
"Finally, we can put an end to this, and the media can have some better questions to ask than regarding flags", said the leader of Warwickshire County Council after announcing a new flag policy would be coming to cabinet.
Warwickshire County Council has unveiled its plans to reduce potholes and improve roads across the district.
"Underwhelmed" is the response from Liberal Democrats following yesterday's (29 August) Reform press conference at Warwickshire County Council.
