Closing Kenilworth supermarket now on the market

Kenilworth's Iceland is now on the market, as the shop prepares to close next month.

The discount chain will close on Saturday 5 September, despite a petition from locals calling for it to stay.

Now the Warwick Road unit is on the market with property agent EHB Reeves, with a new lease now available.

"The large retail premises benefit from a dedicated car park at the rear with (approximately) 16 spaces," the agent said.

"A gross ground floor area of 3,927 sq.ft and a gross first floor area of 1,871 sq.ft offer ample space for a variety of uses.

"ehB Reeves hopes to find a tenant that will benefit Warwick Road and Kenilworth as a whole.

"Viewings will be taking place in the coming weeks."
