Police are asking for information public after a large amount of valuable jewellery was stolen during a burglary in Knowle.

On the evening of December 16, a house on Lady Byron Lane was forcibly entered and burglars searched a number of rooms and stole valuable jewellery.

"We're appealing for information from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen the people responsible entering or leaving the property," West Midlands Police said.

"We are also keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered the jewellery to buy in recent weeks.

"If you think you know anything, contact us via 101 or Live Chat quoting crime number 20/1002064/24."
