It will be a "game changing year" at Kenilworth's Holiday Inn according to the hotel's manager.
Daniel Graham's words came after a visit from MP Jeremy Wright as part of English Tourism Week.
The VisitEngland-led initiative is an annual celebration of the tourism industry, highlighting its economic importance and promoting the products on offer to encourage more domestic breaks.
Having been used as a Covid-19 quarantine hotel during the pandemic, the Holiday Inn has now reopened and is hoping 2022 will be big for business.
"The pandemic has had a massive implication on our business, like many others," said Mr Graham.
"We have had the opportunity to support the government initiative to provide accommodation for families in need over the pandemic and have now since reopened to a much more vibrant market.
"We look forward in 2022 to work to improving both our product and our place in the local market, and with some really exciting projects coming up in the near future, Holiday Inn Kenilworth will have a game changing year!
"In the words of Sigmund Freud: 'Out of our vulnerabilities, will come our strength'."
Mr Wright's visit was arranged by Shakespeare's England, which markets and promotes tourism across South Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.
The company is set to launch a new membership with Kenilworth Town Council in early April.
Jeremy Wright said: "The Holiday Inn is a landmark property in the town and after serving a different purpose during much of the Covid crisis it is great to see it welcoming guests once again."
MP for Warwick and Leamington Matt Western also took part in the week and tried his hand at bowling in Leamington ahead of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
