Firefighters from Kenilworth were yesterday morning (April 16) called to deal with a tractor fire in Haseley Knob.

Crews from Leamington also attended the scene on Drum Lane, where the machine was found "well alight".

The tractor was in a field, away from the road.

"Crews laid out eight lengths of hose to reach the fire, where firefighters used the main jet, wearing breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire," a Kenilworth Fire Station statement said.
