A Kenilworth squash youngster has lifted her fourth England Junior Squash Championship with an emphatic victory in Nottingham.
Having finished runner up in 2024, Mariam Eissa went one better this year, beating Emily Coulcher-Porter in straight games: 11-6, 11-4, 11-4.
The 15-year-old from Kenilworth Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club was one of 12 players from nine counties to share the spoils at the finals day at the University of Nottingham.
"I feel absolutely amazing," Eissa said after the game.
"All the hard work that I put into every game, every session - I feel like it's finally picking up."
She continued: ''I owe Emily a big thanks for always giving me great finals.
"We've had so many battles and I'm sure we'll continue having them."
Kenilworth's Head Coach Steve Townsend said: "This is a phenomenal achievement, we're very proud of her."
England No. 1 Alexander Broadbridge (Hampshire) also lifted a fourth title at the event, beating Ronnie Hickling (Surrey) in straight games.
