Kenilworth Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club's (KTSCC) squash and racketball squads have closed the Summer League season with determination, team spirit, and some thrilling results.

First Team

Despite fielding a side more akin to their winter second team, KTSCC's first team finished fifth in Division 2, comfortably avoiding relegation by 18 points.

The season featured early promotion hopes, a mid-season injury slump, and a dramatic final-day win over Wolverhampton to secure safety.

Top appearances: Matt Wilkinson (11), Tom Perry (9), Mike Fricker (8).

Second Team

After earning promotion to Division 3 last summer, the second team faced a challenging campaign.

With injuries and player movement affecting squad strength, the team finished sixth from seven with three wins.

Despite the record, the team maintained fantastic camaraderie, memorable road trips, and great individual performances throughout.

Third Team

The third team enjoyed a positive summer, finishing fourth in Division 6 with 151 points scored.

Eighteen players contributed, including juniors Emily and Charlotte Hall and James Whitehouse, making standout first appearances.

The team now transitions into the Winter League as the 4th team. New players are always welcome.

Exciting Season Ahead

KTSCC's Premier Division First Team this winter will feature world-class talent, including Irish No.1 Sam Buckley, alongside club legends Guy Pearson and SJ Perry.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Local businesses can sponsor the team or individual players, gaining exposure at fixtures, on social media, and in local press while supporting elite squash and inspiring the next generation.
