Kenilworth Tennis, Squash & Croquet Club (KTSCC) is set to host an open day to Introduce squash and racketball to the community.

KTSCC is "pleased to announce" Let's Play - an "exciting open day inviting the public to experience the dynamic and engaging sports of squash and racketball". 

This event - taking place on 20 January -is designed for individuals of all ages, junior, senior and skill levels to discover the thrill of squash in a "friendly and welcoming environment".

Organisers said: "Whether you're a seasoned player or have never held a racket, this event welcomes everyone to explore the fast-paced and exhilarating nature of these sports.

"All equipment will be provided, so participants just need to bring their enthusiasm and a clean pair of trainers."

The event will take place from 12noon to 5pm at the Crackley Lane club.

The event will include:

  • Free Squash Coaching: Expert coaches will be on hand to provide free advise for players of all levels.
  • Friendly Matches: Experience the thrill of friendly matches with fellow participants and club members.
  • Equipment Showcase: Learn about the latest squash equipment and get tips on selecting the right gear for your game.
  • Community Engagement: Connect with fellow squash enthusiasts, make new friends, and discover the vibrant squash community at KTSCC.

Steve Townsend head squash Coach at KTSCC, added: "With the inclusion of Squash in the 2028 Olympics, this is a fantastic opportunity for our club to introduce the sport to a new audience.

"Squash & Racketball are fantastic sports that promote fitness, skill development, and a strong sense of community. 

"Let's Play is a great opportunity for everyone to give squash and racketball a go and see why it's played worldwide."
