Registrations have opened as the Kenilworth Half Marathon returns for its 22nd instalment this September.
Having been cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic, some 582 runners completed the course last year, with Chris Sharp of Knowle and Dorridge RC winning the race.
In 2022 the race will be held on Sunday, September 11 and will see runners complete one lap of a course around the town and Beausale.
Organisers Kenilworth Runners said they hope this year's event will be "back to normal".
The route is described as "undulating and interesting". It will begin on Warwick Road, taking runners to the castle before heading back along Rounds Hill and then Rouncil Lane down to Beausale.
Competitors will do a loop of the village before returning along the same roads back to the finish on Warwick Road by the Clock Tower.
Roads will be closed throughout the race.
And medals will be given out again this year.
Over the years the Kenilworth Half Marathon has enabled Kenilworth Runners to raise more than £100,000 for local charities in addition to the fundraising performed by individual runners on the day.
