Kenilworth RFC Announces Senior Coaching Team for New Season

Kenilworth Rugby Football Club is "delighted to confirm" its senior men's coaching team for the 2025/26 season, with Head Coach and Director of Rugby Matt Price joined by Lewis Hall as Forwards Coach and Jimmy Gopperth as Attack & Backs Coach.
The announcement marks an "exciting new chapter" for the Warwickshire-based club as it prepares for the upcoming season with a refreshed coaching group focused on building a high-quality, player-centred environment.
Matt Price, who took over the role of DoR earlier this year, commented: "I'm delighted to announce the coaching group at Kenilworth RFC for the 2025/26 season.
"Jimmy and Lewis will both bring energy, expertise and will help create the environment you want to be in for your rugby.
"Lewis is a young coach who supported the forwards last year, was very well received and will be a great asset for us.
"Jimmy joins us after coming back to the UK from playing in France for Provence in Pro D2. Jimmy's knowledge and experience is second to none in the rugby world and is going to be invaluable to our players.
"These are two great guys who will help me no end in creating the best environment for a Midlands rugby player to be at."
Club Chairman Paul Fountaine added: "This is an exceptional coaching team and KRFC is delighted to announce them for next season.
"It signals our intent to offer players in the region the best rugby experience that we can, and we look forward to seeing how the new-look squad develops under the guidance of a coaching team that is built around experience, strong leadership and undoubted technical quality."
Kenilworth RFC has long been recognised as one of the most ambitious community clubs in the Midlands, offering a strong development pathway from junior to senior rugby, and an inclusive, values-led club culture.
Players interested in joining the club or finding out more about the senior set-up are encouraged to contact Director of Rugby Matt Price directly or message the club via social media.
