Work is underway on site turning a former Kenilworth pub into offices.
Impenza Limited was granted planning permission to turn the Cottage Inn into five offices earlier this year.
The closed Stoneleigh Road inn had 12 different owners since 2009, closing multiple times in that period.
It had been shut for a year and put on the market before the new plans were revealed.
Since planning permission was granted, the pub has been repainted and the signs all removed.
Impenza said the building will be renovated and "modernised".

The company will use some of the offices and the others would be leased.
The site will be open from 8am to 6pm - creating less noise for the neighbouring homes.
"During its period of closure The Cottage Inn has fallen into major disrepair and is in a dilapidated state," the planning application said.
It added: "It is not commercially or financially viable to repair, renovate and operate The Cottage Inn as a pub, and there are two other pubs within 100 metres of The Cottage Inn, namely The Engine and The Wyandotte."
