Kenilworth Town Council has offered advice to residents on where to recycle items that cannot be placed in the new recycling bins.

The new 123+ bin collections began on August 1.

A joint venture between Warwick and Stratford District Councils, the three-weekly scheme includes a fortnightly recycling collection using new blue-lidded bins.

In the new bins residents can recycle paper, cardboard, glass, metal tins and cans, aerosols, clean foil, plastic bottles and food cartons.

But for locals looking to recycling a wider variety of goods, KTC's latest climate roadmap newsletter has included a list of local drop off points for various items.

The newsletter also includes information on local biodiversity projects and a focus on energy usage.
