Where is the most expensive place to buy a house in Warwickshire?

Kenilworth remains the most expensive Warwickshire town to buy a house, according to new data released by HM Land Registry.
The data uses the average prices of houses sold in each area, across the 12 months leading up to the end of April 2026.
The last time Nub News looked at this data - in November - Kenilworth was ranked first.
According to the Land Registry data, the average sold property price in Kenilworth over the last year was £447,844.
Most houses sold in Kenilworth in the last year were semi-detached, with an average price of £457,758.
Elsewhere in Warwick district, Leamington Spa came in fifth in the list (£384,460) and Warwick just below in sixth (£376,975).
The average property price across Warwickshire was £355,241.
